Madan leads a team of a tax and accountancy professionals, who jointly work to offer high-quality and bespoke forensic accounting, tax planning & strategy, and asset protection (including inheritance tax mitigation) services. Madan, together with his team, specialise in insolvency matters, offering negotiation support with HMRC for Time to Pay agreements and contesting winding-up petitions. Madan acts as a court expert, delivering professional reports for matrimonial cases, VAT fraud defence, and Code of Practice 9 (COP9) cases.

Madan works on complex tax investigations and handles HMRC enquiries into the tax affairs of individuals, businesses and other bodies including trusts. To add value to the wide range of services that he offers to his clients, he draws on the skills of a pool of external experts, including barristers, lawyers, insolvency practitioners and ex-HM Revenue & Customs professionals. His team has extensive experience in defending clients against account freezing orders and Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) proceedings, as well as assisting with HMRC enquiries, Panama Papers investigations, and R&D disputes.

As Founding Director of Systems Holdings (est. 2002), he leads a team of accountancy and taxation professionals based throughout London and the West Midlands (Birmingham and Worcestershire). Previously, he was a Director of a £40m group of businesses that managed and owned 100+ public houses within London, and wholesale beverage operations.
